McIver Properties was founded in 2002 by Tom McIver to serve the San Antonio and South Texas commercial real estate markets. In 2015, Tal McIver joined the firm, expanding services to the Houston and Austin markets.

McIver Properties delivers highly-personalized, professional commercial real estate services to a select group of individuals and corporations. Unlike large firms, where work may be assigned to less-experienced brokers, our clients are represented exclusively by a firm principal throughout the transaction. As a result, we have established lasting client relationships based on trust and confidence in our ability to undertake complex brokerage assignments.

Founder and Principal

Tom McIver is a licensed real estate broker with more than 35 years’ experience in commercial property brokerage in San Antonio and other South Texas markets. His experience includes buyer / tenant representation, leasing, marketing of raw land and improved investment properties and commercial property consulting. He offers a thoughtful and highly-individualized approach, maximizing client service.

 

Tal McIver

Principal

Tal McIver began his commercial real estate career at the age of 19, working with his father at McIver Properties. Following graduation from Washington and Lee University, Tal joined NewQuest Properties in Houston where he focused on tenant and buyer representation, developing and executing real estate strategies for major retail brands.

Since joining McIver Properties, Tal has specialized in representing qualified buyers in raw land and investment property acquisitions throughout Texas.
