McIver Properties was founded in 2002 by Tom McIver to serve the San Antonio and South Texas commercial real estate markets. In 2015, Tal McIver opened the Houston office, expanding the firm’s services to include the largest city in Texas.
McIver Properties delivers highly-personalized, professional commercial real estate services to a select group of individuals and corporations. Unlike large firms, where work may be assigned to less experienced brokers, all of our clients are represented exclusively by a firm principal throughout the transaction. As a result, we have established lasting client relationships based on trust and confidence in our ability to undertake complex brokerage assignments.
Regardless of the specific assignment, we offer:
- Uncompromised understanding and execution of fiduciary duty
- Strict confidentiality
- Customized services to meet specific needs
- Commitment to concise, thoughtful communication
